My beautiful wife is planning to make her return to the music scene after taking time off to focus on the pregnancy and the birth of our two wonderful babies, Moroccan and Monroe.

She's rejuvenated and ready to start sharing some of the amazing new music she has been making in the studio!

Our new family has definitely given her a great new source of inspiration and creativity. I'm so proud of her and can't wait for her to release more phenomenal music!

I love old Mariah, but I think an artist must move forward because music evolutions. Memoirs was an album that brought back some old Mariah. I would like to hear now more songs like the ones worked with Big Jim Wright. I love the backup vocals and those songs fill the soul. I'm so looking forward to the new album and I'm sure it will be huge because Mariah herself is a legend.  Much love, Andrew from Ft. Lauderdale, FL & Buenos Aires.

Hands down, a dance record!  We need something fresh from Mariah.  The emancipations "lost" jump smokers dance remix album WAS OUTSTANDING!

Maybe a re-union with David Morales who did some epic house versions for her.

If we're not going dance, I think an upbeat pop album is essential.  I think everyone is over the MIMI R&B era.  It was great an all but we have 3 albums worth...Lets move on!

I have the answer:

She can make love songs as long as there meaningful, heartful and honest.  For example, take a look at "Can't let go", "When I Saw You", "My All", compared to "I Stay in Love", "Inseperable", "Angels Cry". Both sets are love songs but the first set of three make you feel something (love). The second set of three are def catchy as hell but evoke very little feeling IMO.

I think her songs have to go back to being classic, not flavor of the month.  A velvet rope style album would be hot. (90s R&B with thought provoking ballads). But also an Adele 21 style album of strong vocals would be amazing. Her most successful albums have been the one's where every other song is a strong vocal performance.

My last suggestion... work with Walter Afanasieff again. (They were the best writing duo of the 90s).

Peace.

Just to clarify, what I mean is Mariah is the Queen of LOVE songs as long as we hear Mariah. And I'm not talking about the voice.

In "Whenever You Call" we HEAR Mariah.

In "We Belong Together" we HEAR Mariah.

In "I Stay In Love" I don't HEAR Mariah.

Imagine a Mariah Album like Daydream/Butterfly working with these ppl:

Timbaland

Walter A

Marc Shaiman

Rick Rubin

Big Jim

Jermaine Dupri

Hi Nick n all the lambs. It's so hard to pick them, it depends on the mood I guess. First I want to say I will always be her lamb. Where ever she decides to go I'll follow. Forever a lamb! I will always be there n have been since 1990. Anyways when you really like an artist you usually like all there stuff. There's not one song or work that I dislike of Mariahs. I love it all. I really think Mariah needs to back with record breaking material. Mariah can do anything and the material will be great. This is a critical point for Mariah, there is so much creativity in a few artist that they don't need to be great singers. Mariah is a great singer and stepping outside the box would be a smart move but staying true to herself ofcourse. For this next album I really want to see her do crazy club bangers like Mariah meets Britney style dance songs meet Rihanna. Mariah has been done the na na nas (not sure what you call those lol) except hers are like shoop da doms or ahh ooahh. I believe Rihanna got her stuff from Mariah samples except she change them to nana nana n ellas lol!! Anyways so Mariah can def do stuff like that. I'd like to see 2 crazy club bangers that is super high energy and sexy like britneys 123 or radar ( I'm not really a Brit fan) but one more hip hop with sexy vocals! No one can do sexier vocals than Mariah. Then I'd like to see at least 2 songs like touch my body that's fun flirty and girlie. Stuff like touch my body, riris what's my name etc something fun and record breaking. Then a devastating power vocal ballad. Like so blessed meets vision of love meets I don't wanna cry. Something amazing that can rival her current long standing one sweet day n even beat it. If she comes out with two amazing dance records that can rival only girl something diff it will amazed people and with the lambs behind it those will become num 1s. Then record breaking inspiring fun songs like touch my body, what's my name and obsessed easily another 2 more num 1s. And then the powerful heart fealt ballad another num 1. It can absolutely be done. Mariah is a great lyrical writer more like brilliant. The most amazing voice and beautiful. If she goes that route where it's Mariah evolving it will be some of Mariahs greatest work. The videos have to be amazing, sexy, hot, beautiful, girlie and fun. With all the lambs behind her and great new music she will capture the worlds attention and all the new generations will be reminded why she's the queen!! Mariah make it happen dahling!!! Btw I'm not saying copy riris music or Brit I mean something along those lines.
Oh yeah and for the rest of the album i'd like to see songs like your girl from emancipation, I'll be loving you long time, if it's over, and soulful stuff like Aretha. And then some hip hop catchy tunes and rnb like ribbon. It'd be the greatest album of 2012. Then if her next 2 albums she keeps theSe formulas she will achieve record breaking work world wide meaning shell go where no one has before. Im talking around 26 num 1 hits, a new legion of lambs, trend setting music, inspirational music, timeless music. I don't know about y'all but I want her to beat the beatles, and once and for all shut down the competition, making it unreachable. While still providing us with real music from the soul. I have never heard a voice like hers or seen someone as special as her, that it girl quality. I've never felt threathen by Christina, Madonna, beyonce, Adele or anyone else until now. N it's crazy because these two girls are not vocally even close, they are like opposites of Mariah. Rihanna is the biggest threat I see lambs. She's at 11 num ones and it's a very influential singer. I think Rihanna might have what it takes. Katy Perry also but not as much as Rihanna. So lambs let's go to war! It's time to hold down our girl Mariah.

I been a fan of MC since day one...so for me anything MC does is spectacular and soothing to my soul...I would like to see her be more dareing(spelling not correct i dont think)...maybe do a rock song with a rock cameo lol and dance in her videos...do something different def on this album...do something not one of us lambs would be expecting..like and opera track or something...
