Millions of eyes, including mine, will be glued to the TV on May 5, as undefeated champ Floyd Mayweather takes on Miguel Cotto in a huge boxing match. I usually highlight an instructional video for Fitness Friday, but because of the match I wanted to share videos of the two boxers sparring in practice. Watch the two fighters train in the videos below:
Cotto in the ring.
Mayweather training hard.
Does Mayweather have this in the bag, or will Cotto defeat the champ?

Me with Lupus Foundation Chair Karen Evans
I want to take this time to let you know that May is Lupus Awareness month. It's important that everyone knows at least a little about this disease so that they can recognize and treat it. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can attack any part of the body, and the signs and symptoms tend to last from just a a few weeks to years in some cases. Those with Lupus have complications with their immune system, which is crucial for fighting off viruses, bacteria, and germs. The illness can range from mild to life threatening and is not contagious, so it's impossible to "catch" Lupus from someone or "give" Lupus to someone. At least 1.5 million Americans of all ethnicities have Lupus, and while there is currently no cure, there are treatments and medications that help keep it under control.
You can find out more about Lupus here.
Do you or someone you know suffer from Lupus?

More then 26 million Americans, that's one in 9 people, suffer from some sort of kidney disease, which is why it's so important for everyone to get involved. This organization has been very close to me since I suffered my own kidney complications, and I encourage you all to spread the word so that more people can receive help and treatment

Episode 5 of the NCredible Health Hustle has only been out for one day, and I've already gotten some awesome feedback about it both online and from readers. I just wanted to share a few of your comments and words of encouragement, as this continued support has helped me tremendously since my diagnosis.
"Hey Nick, Keep your head up bro. I'm currently doing my own NCredible Health Hustle, and I know it can be hard. I'm very overweight, and just let it get out from under me for a while after I got married and had kids. I pray that you and your family find strength in Him in the hard times, and continue to make the right choices for your future. I'll be watching, and your inspiring me to continue keeping on with my own journey." - Sean H
"Wow Nick. I commend you for putting all your issues out in the open like that. It has a sense of rawness that I've never seen on any celebrity documentary or reality show. It has a sense of realness to it. It lets us know that celebrities are indeed real too. You guys suffer like us, hurt like us and are susceptible to being vulnerable, like us. I hope your situation gets better; you're definitely bound to inspire lots of people with this. I'll be watching every episode." - Joseph McCoy
